OUR SOLUTION
Squire Group engineered a unified, enterprise-grade life-safety and security framework across all three physical sites. We deployed a single-mode single-mode fiber-optic network backbone to support an edge-compute CCTV surveillance matrix running advanced analytics. To resolve the environmental dust issues, we replaced standard optical smoke sensors with active BAFE-compliant Aspirating Smoke Detection (VESDA) networks. Finally, we hard-linked all fire, intrusion, and video arrays directly into a single digital dashboard, routed to our in-house Alarm Receiving Centre via low-latency encrypted pipelines.
THE OUTCOME
The integrated deployment achieved absolute operational reliability within 48 hours of activation. False fire alerts dropped to zero, protecting the facility from expensive automated production line shut-downs. Centralized site monitoring sliced critical threat-response latency from minutes to less than 11 seconds. The system provides the client with a completely bulletproof, single-dashboard command framework that stands up to their insurer's highest compliance mandates.
